GHIN index: 18 players have GHINs

EHANDICAP index: 29 players have EHANDICAPs

11 players have ONLY a EHANDICAP

18 players have BOTH GHIN and EHANDICAP

If player had both, I used the average of the 2 indexes

If no GHIN AND EHANDICAP, I used an educated estimate

That gives me an index for each player.  Using a course handicap calculator found online, I plug in that index to each course to come up with each players course handicap.

For the Bramble at Dennis Highlands, we will use 70% of each of your handicaps.
